Works well and easy to use
Very nice, works as it says, I find it to be comfortable for what it is and it is nice having the extra spacers that you can remove and put on for height. It is quite firm but I didn't have any problems with it hurting my neck and is extremely easy to use.

Helps with Tech Neck Pain
Got tech neck from too much cell phone use? This item is for you. I once had tech neck pain and needed something to ease or eliminate the pain. Didn't want to go to the doctor because the local clinic is an hour away. Bought this instead because folks have sworn that it relieved their neck pain. Well, they're right about that! It's a good neck stretcher. You can adjust the area of neck you want to stretch out and just lay down flat. I actually used this while on a yoga mat and just relaxed myself like I'm in a shavasana pose. I'm thankful that my item wasn't a used item unlike what others have mentioned. It's new to me. I use it at least 3x/week to relieve my neck pain. It's a simple product that's worth it even though I think it's expensive for the price.

Great for pressure points
Sturdy and very firm/hard but works great. I like that I can use it for baseline pressure points of neck and for curviture.

Game-Changer for Neck Pain Relief!
I’ve been using the Lumia Wellness Cervical Traction Device for a few months, and it has made a huge difference in my neck pain and overall comfort. After spending long hours at a desk, I often experience stiffness and tension, but this device provides instant relief. The design is simple yet effective, and I appreciate how comfortable the padding feels during use. It’s easy to adjust, and the traction feels controlled and soothing. I’ve noticed an improvement in my posture and reduced headaches since incorporating this into my routine. It’s lightweight and portable, so I can use it at home or even take it with me while traveling. For anyone dealing with neck or upper back pain, this is a must-have. Highly recommend!

Uncomfortable to use but worth it with the results
As many have said this thing is pretty uncomfortable but it's well worth it.I have a straight neck and degenerative disc disease as well as bone spurs in my neck and get some what frequent headaches as a result of this.I purchased this to see if it would help relieve some headaches that I get from all of these things and I've actually seen a reduction in headaches from using this even for a short time.Typically I was up to about 4 headaches a week due to the issue which I had seen physical therapist in regards to previously, and after using this product I've already seen a reduction I'm going down to maybe one or two headaches a week just using it for a short amount of time in the evening before I call it a night. I'll probably continue to use this and actually up how frequently I use it because the results are without a doubt visible.

Bought due to suggesstion from Chiropractor
I’ve been using the Cervical Orthotic Traction Block for a few weeks, and my experience has been a bit mixed. While it has some useful features, it also comes with a few drawbacks that might be important to consider.Pros:Adjustable Heights: The three-height adjustment is a nice feature, allowing for some customization in terms of traction intensity. It’s great to have options to fit different comfort levels.Sturdy Build: The traction block feels solid and well-constructed, which gives confidence in its durability and longevity.Cons:Comfort Issues: The firm support may be too harsh for some users. It took me a while to get accustomed to the firmness, and even now, it feels quite rigid. If you’re sensitive to pressure or have a history of neck issues, this might not be the most comfortable option.Bulkiness: The block is a bit bulky, which can be inconvenient for storage or travel. It takes up more space than I anticipated, making it less practical for on-the-go use.Initial Discomfort: I experienced some initial discomfort while using it, especially with the higher settings. It’s advisable to start at the lowest setting and gradually increase, but this may still not be ideal for everyone.Overall, while the Cervical Orthotic Traction Block has its merits, such as adjust ability and sturdy construction, it may not be the best fit for everyone. The comfort issues and bulkiness are significant factors to consider before making a purchase.

Makes neck pain worse
Absolutely do not buy, it made my neck pain worse when I used it. The product says that other neck stretchers are bad but in reality those are better because this product is too invasive. I used it for herniated disks in my neck and it caused more soreness and nerve pain.
