I like the shots because it’s has the correct amount of ingredients and convenient to take with you’re traveling, but I mixed mines in water and take it at night. I’m very pleased with purchasing this product also I can tell the difference I’m not bloated and I have lost several pounds within 2-weeks

I don't have to find each ingredient. It's all in one convenient drink. I think it helps. My a1c dropped from 6.4 to 6.1. I've been doing the things I've needed to do and still worth energy penny. Keep up the good work. PPS could you make the shots stronger ? Much love

Disgusting & ineffective
Tastes horrendous, I didn't want to believe the reviews after I had spent $38 on these. Makes your stomach feel terrible, made me constipated, and I almost choked trying to drink it. You're better off trying the "Vive" brand of Ginger & Turmeric shots. Way easier on the stomach and taste pretty good. Skip this one if you're considering it.

They are ok
So to be honest taste wise so nasty however I don’t drink these for the taste but for the benefits so I don’t really mind. However they did not arrive cooled in any way just in a box which I would have thought they would have needed to come refrigerated in some form. Slightly concerned about that other than that I’ll give it a 3 due to taste and not arriving cooled like other brands do.

Pleased with results
These are so good mixed into our loaded teas. My husband drinks it straight most of the time. We started seeing results within two weeks. Feeling so much better. The taste is a little bit strong but the juicy flavor of it covers up the pepper in it.
