Been over 40+ days on this product and it feels so amazing after taking using this. Would definitely suggest to anyone who needs to boost endurance, this doesn't mean you'll become super man over night but you'll feel visible change in your energy level if take it as pre-workout. In terms of price this the best brand, in terms of results this is also the best product. Things to consider: For beginners or those are taking beta-alanine for first time, like any beta-alanine you may have burning itching sensation on your skin.

Overrated and no results
Used it regularly before workouts- no stamina boost, no visible benefits. Just causes that uncomfortable tingling. Waste of money for me.
