This product is amazing. Do away with all the harsh chemicals in today’s world and use what the professionals use. Love this product to disinfect and santize at home and work. Its one of very few safe to use on food prep surfaces and pets without having to be cleaned off. The smell dissipates when it dries, a little medicinal smelling when wet. After comparing the percentage of thymol in similiar products, bioesque is the only one with 5%. All the others were 2% and less.

Excellent disinfectant, smells ok. This is one of those products that just works really well and tends to be a good value because of how versatile it is. I own a restoration company and use this product routinely to prevent and help remove organic issues.

This really does remove odors and keeps areas affected by humidity very clean! I use it to disinfect trash cans, washing machine, and bathroom tiles. The scent - some may like it, I don’t - I use aromatherapy diffusers to help tone down the strong herbal smell.

My customers prefer a different brand made from thyme oil, but it works good.

Use at home& at work in pediatric therapy facility. Safe around people &foods. Hand washing after touch not required per material safety sheet. Also no chemical smells.

I've been using this for about a year now. I like how it works, cleans well but doesn't smell toxic. I wish that it's not that pricey. Overall, I highly recommend using this.

I used this product to kill the COVID-19/coronavirus in a single-family home (5,300 sq. feet) and an adult daycare center (2,300) where there was exposure. Works as advertised. No residue. Applied with electrostatic spraying. Great product.
