A great deal for such an amazing product. It relieves aches and pains quickly. It also adds a calmness to your body if you rub it all over. I use it where I need it during the day and at night after my shower I use it all over and it helps me rest. It also helps to control muscle cramps and spasms, the reason I purchased it. It sprays like water, rubs in like oil, but dries like a lotion. It comes from sea water so it can leave a salt residue or make you itch when it dries. By this time the magnesium has already absorbed so you can just use a damp wash cloth and wipe off. The itching stops and residue is gone.I've purchased two packs of three and just ordered more bc I've given it to friends and family that need it. I also like that it only contains magnesium, nothing added. This magnesium really works!

Works very nice and disks into the skin quickly. Helps with the night twitches I get in my legs and the odd cramps. Works so much better than Epsom salt bags and more economical, just not as pleasant as that long got soak.I do get odd tingles and almost a burning sensation to my skin for a few moments after application. I don't know if that is a mild allergy to an ingredient or my skin trying to absorb much needed magnesium but it sure feels odd.

Massages . Previously used magnesium lotion and loved it, perfect way to ease pesky muscle cramping while getting massaged . So I thought for sure getting the oil version would be even better. This stuff is so highly absorbing that the skin soaks it up too fast and it’s a horrible massage oil , which is what I wanted it for . But if you simply want it for it for muscle spasms , cramping and the the most effective way to get magnesium in the body , this is a killer deal , I thought by the pictures i was getting 3 small bottles , heck no ! You get 3 very good sized spray bottles for less than $15. Can’t beat that with a stick !

Seems to work good

I bought this for hubby's twitchy legs and muscle cramps. I'm sleeping much better as a result of him using it! I wanted to use it on sore muscles and it worked fairly well I suppose, I wasn't all that sore. I was completely surprised at how effective a deodorant it is! No more making a gooey mess to fill up old deodorant sticks! Gave one bottle to my sister and she used it on an injury and it really helped ease the pain. One evening I had some extra on my hands from rubbing it onto large areas of skin to help with sleep, so I rubbed it on my face, not really thinking about it. (got a little close to my eyes and it stung for a second). Next morning I had to think what happened that made my facial skin so incredibly soft... it was that noticeable! I'm here ordering 3 more bottles because mine keep getting gifted...

I recently ordered this oil and was excited to try it out. However, when it arrived, I found that part of it had leaked inside the bag during shipping, which was a bit disappointing. The packaging wasn't secure enough to prevent this issue. Despite the leakage, there is still enough product left to try, but I haven't had the chance to fully assess its quality yet. I hope the manufacturer improves the packaging to avoid future leaks.

Loved the product. I bought it with the intention of giving to a friend who has rather bad arthritis . She put it on then her husband and they loved it. It's not a cure for arthritis but a relief from the pain. I personally use it also. My friend called her children, who also suffer from arthritis in some form or other, and they all bought it. Great product!!
