The idea is to give you a VERY TEMPORARY repair that you have fixed the soonest. I wouldn't drive it at highway speeds.

Can I use on 20inc tires

No get the bigger can that says for xl tires. I mean it would get enough to limp. I used on my 16” passenger car it got me to air but not full
