Simply Scrumptous Low Carb Pizza Popper (Muffin)

I first learned of pizza poppers when I saw a small advertisement for them attached to a case of their brownies that I had ordered. The brownies were so good I figured I should definitely try the pizza poppers and I'm glad I did! I have ordered them so many times I can't even remember because they are so delicious! They taste exactly like the most delicious pizza and are perfect for a snack or have a couple for a meal. I love the flavor the taste and above all the fact that they are 60 calories and fat free. Such a great product worth every penny

These pizza poppers were average at best. To make them more flavorful, you could add more cheese but that didn’t help much. Even though they are “low carb”, they still cause your insulin levels to rise because of ingredients they use. Not worth the price. I threw them away.

The pizza popper has a good pizza taste without the calories. I also find it to be pretty filling. They are pretty pricey but well packaged. I would recommend for someone craving a pop of pizza flavor without the lingering guilt.

I thought they tasted only fair. Plus they were smaller than I expected, making a meal of them more expensive, and higher carbs.

I got the pizza poppers! I want to start off by saying that the sodium, calories and carbs on this are amazing. As far as the taste and texture, the taste is of a pizza. Now…is it papa johns pizza? No, not at all. It’s ingredients are very basic when you look at the packaging. These poppers taste like a basic standard pizza. It will definitely hit the spot if you’re craving pizza. You can’t go wrong with this because pizza is a very forgiving food. It’s hard to mess up, even if you mess it up - it’s still pretty good lol. If you’re expecting a top of the notch high end pizza taste and quality from these poppers - then your expectations might not be met. This is more like a basic entry level pizza taste. In other words, perfect for those craving pizza, stoners and small children (LOL).

It gets three stars for nutrition meaning low sodium, carbs, and sugar. Taste is pretty awful in my opinion. Muffin turns to mush after heating.

These are so delicious!! Think muffin meets pizza. They are fluffy and filling at the same time. They microwave very well. The base is a fluffy tomato flavored puff with a thick cheese coated top. You won't be disappointed with these!

We prepared 2 of these..one microwaved per instructions and one baked to see if we could salvage it. Terrible, terrible, terrible!! Threw them in the trash. Get pizza rolls or pizza bagels at the grocery store...maybe more calories, but a least the taste will be better...and better yet..get a real pizza!!
