Be warned! It is essential that this is shaken up A LOT before using!(I have dark hair and pale skin)I'm still losing the same amount of hair but I think it may have helped strengthen my hair... I know for a fact it didn't make the problem worse! However after three months of use I would've liked more results as far as hair breakage goes. On the other hand, this is an excellent moisturizer for after washing hair. At first it made my hair a bit greasy but after about two weeks of use it went back to normal...
