We have a Kenmore 110 series dryer that would not heat, bad element. This kit swapped out perfectly (changed out everything supplied) and the dryer is now functioning perfectly. Took less than a half hour for whole job. Half of that time spent cleaning under and behind the dryer lol. Great product and phenomenal price.

This is the second time we have bought this heater for our 10 year old Maytag Bravos XL dryer. We bought the same one about a year ago and it worked great until now and so we bought it again to help extend the life of our dryer. Are there better quality ones out there that would last longer? Maybe, I don’t know but it only took my husband about 30 minutes to put in each time and worked great for the year.

Easy to install, fits and works well.

Product worked great for 16 months then stopped heating. Contacted customer support and they sent out a replacement right away. While replacing parts found issue was with the coil. It had snapped. The wiring could probably be a bit thicker to remedy this.

I bought this item back in November 2025 and broke down in july 2026. So it lasted about 8 months. Its fair for the price I think. I give it a 4 stars because it didnt even last a whole year. I am buying another heating element to replace this replacement now. Would definately recomend if you are trying to save some serious cash, since it's easy to install and fits perfectly and it has all the other add ons that way you dont need to looking around for those in case they tear when you are replacing the new heating element.

Fixed the issue. Still going strong several months later. Absolutely thrilled to fix it so cheaply! (Whirlpool cabrio)

I don’t have much experience repairing appliances, but I decided to take on the challenge of fixing my dryer myself. After opening it up, I realized it was actually very simple to replace the parts. I purchased this kit and changed everything on my own without having to pay a technician. The parts included were exactly what I needed and fit perfectly. Everything matched my dryer model, and the quality feels solid and reliable. My dryer is now working like new again! I highly recommend this kit to anyone looking to save money and handle the repair themselves. Even with little experience, it’s totally doable.

In general, the product kit was/is satisfactory. BUT a spot welded tab on the high temperature heater-sensor broke off almost immediately. Fortunately for us, our machine did not require connecting the second lead wire. other purchasers might not be so lucky! Sorry, I can't include a photo, because the device is now, buried in the reassembled dryer. After two months in service 2-3 times per week, the product is working well. The kit has all that was needed. Unfortunately, not instructions came with the product. Reliance on online videos is a chancy propositions, because so many models and brands using these components have different wiring color codes and numbers of wires. I was flummoxed by having one two few wires in our Kenmore Series 80!! I ended up paying a repairman to determine that I didn't need the missing lead. Still the resullt was far cheaper that investing $600 in a new machine. Please, Amazon, do try to get suppliers to do better at providing workable instructions. On the positive side, it is nice to discover that hundreds of electric clothes dryers are so similar under the external make-up. :-)

Old Kenmore dryer quick blowing heat. shoot! Quick Youtube search found the issue could be one of three parts. Wasn't sure exactly which one initially and didn't want to pull it apart till I had to. So, ordered this kit, came with all the pieces that would possibly be wrong. Swapped all the new parts in, and 20 minutes later "presto!" it was working just like new! I was a little concerned about quality after opening the package but comparing to the old parts, looked exactly the same. **My issue ended up being the heater coil had snapped. But always nice to have all the parts needed and get it all fixed up. Don't throw these old appliances out, often easier to fix than the new fandangled machines.

Thought I would try the repair for a no-heat dryer. This kit is attractively priced and comes with all the components required. Unfortunately the build quality leaves a lot to be desired. Some components have been assembled and where they join is not soldered, rather it is stamped together. During assembly this connection did not hold. Short version of this - it did not work, unfortunately! I bought new units instead. I will acknowledge that I am a do-it-yourselfer and not experienced in appliance repair so I have to accept some of the responsibility for the outcome.
