I have been using this product for years and love the smell and ingredients. I have noticed a change in the smell and wondering if the ingredients have been changed recently?

I had initially reviewed this negatively as I was put off by the strong fragrance in a mostly natural product. But after forgetting to return it, I decided to just use it…. And ended up loving it. The scent you get used to.I use clarifying shampoos as I am prone to get bumps on my scalp from many shampoos for some reason. This shampoo leaves my hair feeling so clean, and often gives it a conditioned feel after just washing it, though I still use conditioner too. It’s light and doesn’t leave any build up, and I don’t feel it dries my hair out, though in the winter I will still sometimes mix it with a hydrating shampoo for a boost. I had initially ordered this to replace a charcoal clarifying shampoo I was using by a different brand that was becoming hard to find, and I actually like this one much better. I’ll be reordering this for as long as I can!Added bonus: the pump is great! You really can get every last drop out of this bottle!

I ordered this because the description sounded like what I desperately needed to strip the hard water and mineral residue out of my hair AND FOR THE PRICE. 16 ounces for less than $8 sounded very reasonable, as long as it worked. I ordered it and then decided to read the reviews. Backwards, I know! But, it just happened that way because it sounded like what I needed and the price was very fair. I was disappointed in some of the reviews and hoped I wouldn’t regret my purchase. I used it tonight for the first time. First thing I noticed was refreshing, almost spa like scent. So far, so good. Next, like some reviews made mention of, the consistency is a tad, and ONLY a tad on the thin side. And, it takes probably about 3 times the amount of normal shampoo to really cover my hair and with that amount, it really did lather well, considering the amount used to do so. But, you only need to use a clarifying shampoo occasionally. So, who cares! This bottle will last me 6 months or a year depending on how infrequently I’ll need to use it. But, the number one thing I got out of it is - it worked better than I could even imagine! I had actually begun to think my hair would never be clean and feel like ‘my hair’ again, instead of gooped up frizzed out nastiness! THIS NOT ONLY WORKS, but it smells so fresh and I couldn’t be happier, especially for less than $8!! Yes, you’ll need to use more to get a good lather, but it’s worth it. I just kept pumping more of it in my hand and adding it in until it reached a level of lather to cover all of my hair, which is fairly long, and I could feel the difference as soon as I rinsed it out. My hair no longer felt coated with crap! I love this product! ❤️

I love this shampoo and can only really get it here quickly using Amazon. I was quite disappointed when receiving my package today and seeing at least a quarter of the bottle had leaked out all over the box due to the cap being slightly unscrewed. The last time I ordered there was a sticker on the cap to keep it from moving but this time it was just in a bag. Even more upsetting was I had other items in the box and it damaged a box containing food...luckily the food is individually wrapped...and a book but again there was only a little bit on it and could be wiped.I'm still giving a good rating because it's a great product but taking a star because of the waste and damage.

I love the smell and it being thinner than most shampoos is great too... only issue I really have is that I wish it worked better. My hair is still oily just not AS oily. Slightly disappointed 😞

Looking for shampoos that don’t make my scalp itch has been frustrating, but this shampoo seems to really work for me. It’s difficult to find shampoo that cleans, didn’t strip & also won’t leave my hair flat. So far, this one is doing the job.

I love the smell and the way the shampoo makes my hair feel! I bought one of those scalp massagers to use with this and that really helps it suds up. The only complaint I have it that the bottle I received didn’t have the pump top on it & the shampoo isn’t very thick… it’s more watery but it works great regardless.
