I actually felt better taking them. I have extremely low vitamin levels that have put me in the hospital a couple of times. It was a wake up call to find something to help and this was it. Easy to take and I felt a difference in just a couple of days. Will be reordering and setting up my subscription.

I have used these before if you’re in need of a bariatric supplement these to me are the very best you can get in capsule form. They also make a liquid one that you just pour in the cup and take it works really well too so it just depends on whether you like the liquid or that you’re wanting the capsules but they both work phenomenally well.

Well priced. Easy to swallow. Has improved my bloodwork rapidly (particularly iron levels) and gentle on my system. The biggest “ick” at first was the color of the capsules. They are black and for some reason just looked unappealing.

The Good: I've used these for well over a year, and I can testify to their results. When I am bad about taking my vitamins, I start to have problems with the skin on my face (rash and flaking). Within a few days of getting back on my regiment, the results are noticeable, and within a week its more or less cleared up. The Bad: Despite never having the problem in the past, all three of my past three shipments have had quality problems. At least one of the capsules has leaked and created an oily mess. This leaves a dark yellow oil on my hands when getting them, and it also means that I cannot pop a few into my pill capsule with my other meds because they'll get the oil all over them. On top of that, it makes them taste horrible. I am not sure if this is a production issue, or a problem with storage conditions at the warehouse, but if it isn't resolved within the next 2 or 3 shipments, I'll probably start looking for another solution.

I've struggled with absorption ever since my bariatric surgery in 2018. Iron, potassium, and b12 being the worst (who knows why bodies are like this?). I finally decided to switch it up and buy these. I took them the day I received them without food, and I did have some burps that tasted gross but nothing worse. They're not too big to swallow. But most importantly, I almost immediately began to notice the difference in how I felt. I currently only take one a day because I felt like they almost worked too well (and this helps me stretch the bottle out, value wise). I don't bruise nearly as often, I don't have as many aches, I have more energy. Now for the slightly weird part. I really don't mind it, but this pill does turn my pee bright yellow. I'm not sure if it's the added veggie stuff or b12, but it happens. But it's a sign to me that I'm getting the vitamins I need so I'm okay with it!

I ordered these, didn’t end up needing them for a month. Now it’s too late to return them. When I opened them, they were sticky, and had clearly leaked everywhere. They were supposed to be gelcaps, or so I thought. But they’re capsules with oil inside. They smell like rice-bran oil. So, definitely some fillers. Not recommended.

I had taken loads os supplements after my gastric sleeve but this one helped me the most .. its given me energy it Say 2 capsules daily but i take it twice a day two absolutely fantastic. Was feeling so low before taking this. No need for others.

Good quality and taste normal

These are fine but it’s almost impossible to make sure none of the capsules break or melt (and they melt if they meet liquid, so if one capsule breaks in the container, the rest will end up clumping together). I normally put my daily vitamins in my pill organiser with other meds, but this issue has meant that all my pills regularly stick together, and I have to clean the pill organiser after. It’s not the worst problem but it gets annoying. I have gone through 12 of these because they do what they are supposed to and help me make sure my nutritional needs are met but I am currently trying an alternative from a different brand purely because of the sticky mess issue.

I was sceptical about how well these would work. I had a sleeve gastrectomy in 2015 and have tried a multitude of vitamins since but cannot keep on top of the deficiencies particularly in iron and B vitamins. After taking these for 2 weeks I feel like a new me - and that’s no exaggeration. I’ve got my energy back, am able to do all my daily tasks without getting too tired, my hair is growing back again. Recommend!

Easy to swallow, contain all the ingredients I need, only two of them to take. Love how easy peasy they go down.
