I was looking forward to using this supplement for skin care. Unfortunately, I developed a migraine after taking it. I don’t know whether this is common, but apparently this isn't good for me. Update: When I reported this experience by writing this review, the seller offered me a full refund. I really appreciate that kind of support for my self-care.

I have only been taking them once a day for a little over a month but I can already tell my skin retains more moisture and isn't as dry as it normally is. Seems to be great value for the money, easy to swallow capsule, no smell or bad taste so far no complaints but I will update after I've been taking them longer to be able to tell how effective they are for my body

This product has amazing moisture retention qualities!! I wish I knew this years ago! I wash my hands a lot. For the first time in decades the skin around my fingers & thumbs no longer painfully splits due to handwashing (along with being a mom, I'm also a nurse) & even more so in the winter. Prior to taking this, I did everything humanly possible to prevent & treat those painful splits. Now, I no longer need or use lotion, vaseline, brush on liquid bandaid, actual bandaids with neosporin overnight, etc. Of course it goes without saying that all my skin is more moist. I never have to put lotion on the rest of my body either, whereas before taking this, it was a daily ritual-if I didn't do it I'd have itchy skin all day. I actually thought it was allergies! So this product has also eliminated my taking an antihistamine for itchy skin. It works so well that I purchased it for my sister who has the same problem. She has since purchased it again. On a side note, not sure if it's related but, my sister suffered from cold sores at least 4-5 times a year, and has not had 1 since she started taking this; by all accounts, she normally would have had 2-3 during yhis time. I'm about to purchase it for the 3rd time.

I had been using topical hyaluronic acid for years as I want to combat early signs of aging. However, As a 26 year old, I don’t have too much to worry about yet. But as I’ve learned over the years, preventative care is much easier to accomplish than curative care. Once wrinkles and other signs of aging have set in, it’s much more difficult to reverse without procedural intervention.Anyways, I had been using topical hyaluronic acid for years not knowing that you can take supplemental hyaluronic acid too. What?! How did I not know this? Ever since I discovered this, I’ve been obsessed with hyaluronic acid supplements to hydrate my skin from the inside out. And although I’m still “young” and don’t have significant signs of aging, I definitely notice fine lines beginning to form in places on my face that there didn’t use to be. However, these lines seem to lessen the longer I’ve used this product. If I stop taking both my collagen and hyaluronic acid supplements the difference in my skin texture is drastic. Maybe not to others, but definitely to me.Point is, you definitely need a hyaluronic supplement for your beauty routine!

I decided not to use this because it contains silicon dioxide. Silicon dioxide is suspected to harm the gut lining. No idea if the product works otherwise.
