I have loved this candy practically my entire life, the taste is coconut all the way through out, they are softer when warm. I remember being with my grandpa at a store up the street from our house paying 10 cent each, great times.

So I'm quite sure these have been around since the dawn of time and have been mishandled in every way imaginable. First impression was that they didn't arrive in an official package but a random plastic bag. Upon receiving the package, I could see the age and weather damage as the candy is bleeding through the packaging and several pieces are deformed. The candies are like bricks and will snap at the slightest touch. Absolutely unsuitable to even think about eating. Haven't seen these since the 2000s and maybe that was a sign I shouldn't try bringing that back

Love these long boys from back in the day. Brings back fond memories. Very chewy and coconut flavor is real. One caveat- you must have good teeth to chew them.🤣 you just can’t eat one I’d say maybe 10 on your first taste. I share so I order 2lbs every month.

My family loves these candies. We are not able to find them many places. The quality wasn’t as good as purchasing instore. They were harder than usual but still tasty.

My sister received one of these candies in her Halloween bag this year. My father being the 58 year old white male he is decided to steal it because he loves anything coconut related. No joke, he bought sunscreen specifically because it was coconut scented. He goes nuts for coconut. He ate this candy while relaxing in his recliner and enjoying some Wheel of Fortune. He abruptly sat up and walked into the other room after consuming this candy. He came back and sat down again in his recliner and said "They just don't make quality candy anymore". I asked him if he was sad that he didn't have another one and he replied with yes. I then logged into Amazon and looked up these candies. I said "Dad, there is a two pound bag of these things online for fifteen bucks, do you want me to buy it?" He dead ass looked me in the face and responded with, "Can you get me three?" Now I love my dad and don't want him to get diabetes so I only bought one of these orders for right now. I cannot wait to see his face when I give these to him in a month, I'm hoping he will forget that he asked me to buy these and be very surprised for this birthday. :)I also have tried these and they are delicious.
