Used 1/2 of a single little insert just to test it and it caused a yeast infection. So these are not for me.

The capsules are small and easy to use. A little messy once they melt, but I expected that. It seems the mix of hormones is a helpful balance for me. My only watch-out is that the coco-butter smell may be a little strong for some people.

I ordered these out of desperation for relief from dryness related discomfort. They are little miracle ovals! Finally feels better and am so grateful. It takes time for them to work so don’t get discouraged. There is some associated leakage with usage but nothing a panty liner can’t absorb.

I’ve tried to use Bezwecken bio-hormones (estriol with progesterone) 3 separate times this year. Each time I’ve had the same results. I’ve gotten 3 yeast infections - which is extremely rare, I think I’ve had one in my entire life. I’ve had severe anxiety until I’m left with panic attacks. I’ve had heart palpitations. It’s been misery. I’ve tried 4-5 different Bezwecken products hoping to find one without the side effects - none have worked. I also tried this brand in 2016, and had the same terrible reactions. I’m unfortunately done trying. I envy those who are able to use this brand.
