Pump didn’t work…
Had to return. The pump didn’t work

Works, but complicated
The pump operates strangely. It has an unnecessary on/off little metal valve; the air splint already has an on/off valve. On top of that the metal valve has a hole at one of the ends which you need to keep your thumb on to prevent air leaking out. Unfortunately, it's the only pump that will fill the URIAS air splint. A RoHo pump won't fit.

Product did not arrive.
There is no choice for...product was not delivered despite assurances that it was. So, I hope this gets to you. The pump arrived though. - but no sleeve. Please let me know what the next step is. My OT recommended it, I tried it in therapy, liked it and decided to purchase one. Margy Doxsee
