Overall I really like this product. It has the right height for my needs, about one normal stair step. It is well constructed and is very sturdy. I use it on carpet and it does not move at all. It has rubber feet on the base and I expect it would be the same on any surface. I have only one small complaint about this product and that is the width is smaller than I expected. It needs to be about 3 inches wider. This is only a minor annoyance and doesn't limit any of my exercises. I am very pleased with this product.

I bought the step at the suggestion of my physical therapist and I am very pleased. This was just what I needed and gets the job done. Very sturdy construction and lightweight at the same time. It was very easy to add the risers, too. Would highly recommend.

So far, so good. Sturdy. Just the right size. Cheaper than similar products. Only draw back is that it slips on my hardwood floors. I just put a yoga mat underneath it and that keeps it in place.

I like it, great for price but TOO short. I do floor work on it, arms, chest, triceps and when I lay on the bench it's too short. I though they were standard size? :(. Otherwise, good quality, sturdy, easy to use.

Great step! I use it almost every day. I wish it was a little wider, I still sometimes have to stare at my feet because I'm afraid I'll fall as it's thin in width and not as long as some of the competitor brands. But perfect for beginners. Step aerobics has replaced my previous cardio routine due to covid-19. With the step, I love that you can do a full hiit cardio workout in a smaller area of space.

After having some issues with my knee, I needed to do a variety of exercises in order to hopefully make things physically better. I chose this stepper because it sounded like it would aid in helping me to continue doing several of the workouts that had been advised by my physical therapist, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed. The lower height was just right for when I started out or did not have a wide range of motion on a particular day, and adding the risers upped my workout routine when I could do the extra stretching. The surface of the stepper keeps my feet from slipping, and I always feel safe when using. Also, I have had no problems with the product moving about on a carpeted floor. I can tell a difference after completing a workout, and the Aduro stepper is helping me to reach my ultimate goal of more mobility without lots of pain.
