Top tier function and quality. Installed easily and served its purpose so I didn’t lose my snowboard.I’ve used other brands and those were returned because of subpar design, quality, and functionality.

I was in between these and thule ski racks. Yakima’s were half the price and seemed pretty good for my needs. I got them, installation was a breeze, use even more practical, fits 2 sets of skis easily. I loved them for a month then went into a car accident where I lost the keys. The racks were absolutely fine (they endured a car accident where the car was totaled) so I installed them to a new car. I realized the keys were lost and reached out to the company to see if they can send second pair of keys. Within 3 days I received my additional keys. They didn’t have to provide that yet they still did, lovely people really.

Easy install and very secure for long travels.We also bought a set for our boys car at college.

Bought this because it was a cheaper option. Works as advertised. I have it on my 2021 Outback. Driven on highways going 75 mph and it's held up.Super easy to install, should fit a wide variety of racks as well with the adjustable mount. Took probably about 20 min to assemble and put on the car.Only knocks on it is that it is definitely not aerodynamic. I knew it would create some wind resistance, but there is wind noise when you go above 40 with a empty rack. I also wish some more of the components were metal instead of plastic. Overall its fine and does what it is suppose to. But give it 4 stars for those 2 reasons.Looking back, I wish I would have paid the extra money for the low profile version, but overall happy with it.

Great quality. Fits 5 skis really well. Make sure you know what size you are getting and get a bigger one if you want to fit more

It felt like really cheap plastic and it kept popping up while I was driving which is not what you want when you have skis on your roof. I returned it. I live in Montana and I've seen other people with the same item and they're driving down the road with their ski clamps open not knowing it because they just pop. Usually Yakima makes the best products, but this is not one of them. I have their kayak racks and they are fantastic. I think there's a design flaw in their ski racks so I can't recommend buying this

This is my second purchase of this ski rack. Loved the first one but my wife accidentally drove off without properly securing her skis and broke the previous rack. This rack works very well and is easy to install and remove.

We purchased this rack the beginning of winter and let's just say it's held up through a couple of mishaps. The 2nd time we used it, we were in the driveway and the kids were removing their snowboards. Silly me, I assumed they closed the rack so that I can pull into the garage. I start to pull in and next thing I know, we hear a loud noise. I get out and see the boys didn't put the rack down and so both racks were sticking up when I went into the garage. Of course, I'm freaking out thinking it's damaged and unusable. My husband looked it over and said it seems to be ok. The 3rd time we used it, I'm freaking out thinking the rack is going to fly off but thankfully it held up. Phewww. We ended up having to replace our garage door opener since it died. The new opener was put in and for some reason, when I was pulling in, the sensor acted up and the garage door started to go down onto my roof while I was pulling in. Crash it goes.. Yup I broke our garage door (we had to replace it) but you know what saved my car, the roof rack. LOL. Yup the roof rack held up through both mishaps. So needless to say, this item is sturdy and reliable. :o)
