the keyboard is ok, but not the worth of 1K. pros. 1. typing on the keyboard feel good and give mechanical feeling. 2. typing sound is pleasant, not too loud and low. 3. perfect gaming. 4. good lighting effects compaired to other keyborads. cons. 1. lights on the keys not fully covered the keys charators. half is visible and half not. 2. in the full room light keyborad lights seems dull. overall just OK.

Good keyboard. I have been using it for more than a year now and I like that it only reflects the character on the key instead of the whole key itself. It is easy to use and neither too bright on eyes nor too dull to read. Standard size keys. Multiple colours to select from.

I've used 7–8 keyboards under the 2K price range, and this is by far the best one. The keyboard is extremely comfortable to use. The matte-finish keycaps feel premium, and the keys are very smooth, making both typing and RGB backlight for gaming a great experience. Earlier, my fingers would start hurting after long typing or gaming sessions, but with this keyboard, I haven't faced that issue at all. In my opinion, this keyboard is perfect for its price.

It's a good keyboard overall, especially for the price. But the alignment of some keys are off... I keep hitting the wrong buttons when trying to hit shift, backspace and some other keys. I tried using multiple other keyboards and did not have that issue at all. If you're using this for gaming and just want something with some backlight and gets the job done, this will do.

Best keyboard. still working to this date compared to any mechanical keyboard. The only problem is that it does not save the light effect when I restart the computer.

Best keyboard under this budget.

There are 7 solid colors to choose from for the back lighting.(plus 3 red / green / blue offset patterns) It has a good layout, easy to read letters without any fancy "Gamer" style to the font. It looks clean and simple. I do occasional typing and occasional gaming. The USB cord has a decent long length. At first I couldn't get it to stop "breathing" of the light level up and down and that was annoying. I looked for software for this keyboard on the manufacturers website, they have tons of keyboards similar to this model that have software, but there is no software for this model. How do I get it to stop breathing or flashing crazy like a Christmas tree?! Ahh! Then I figured out how to get it at just One color - always on without breathing or flashing. After power on of the computer, hit the right Fn key and the Page Up (LM3 - "light mode three I assume"), this first step will lock it to not breathing or flashing, then hit right Fn key and Home (LM2) until you get the desired color you want, tada! You can then use Fn key and arrow up or down to set how bright. It is sort of annoying having to do this every time I power on the computer, but I actually prefer to not have to run extra software on the computer just for the backlight of the keyboard, so for me its fine.

So my keyboard doesn't seem to fit the features described on Amazon, or more importantly, on the Red Dragon website. My keyboard product sticker on the bottom clearly states model RDK509 DYAUS-K509-1. Im looking at photos and my keyboard certainly does not have any edge lit features. Its a good keyboard, very quiet, with Color LED features as described (other than edgelit) When the PC is switched off or rebooted,(USB powered off) it reverts back to colour changing mode and does not remember my preferred setting.

Used on a pc and ps4. works great for both, the rgb is pretty basic but very bright with a couple different settings that look pretty nice. But I didn’t buy it for the lights, I bought it for gaming and it works fantastic for it, haven’t had any problems at all. The keys feel super smooth with just the right amount of noise to make it satisfying, and there is no feedback delay. For the price this is an amazing keyboard and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap GOOD keyboard
