Yes, these can be used in a wood burning pizza oven! The pans are rated to 750 degrees. With food in them, they can go much higher. Make sure you remove the pan prior to the food burning and you are good to go. Thank You LloydPans

Will it fit Ooni Koda 12?

From what I can see, yes it will fit. The outside dimensions of the 12" Chicago pan is 12.62" and is 2.25" deep. Ooni Koda 12 appears cavity is 13.25"x3.25" as always, refer to your owners manual to confirm.
