Review: Fantastic addition to any martial artist's library! - I have been studying Sifu Rea's material for years, and, to be honest, I was worried that this disc would be repetitive of his Jook Wan Huen and Hakka Unicorn books and videos. There was a little overlap, but Sifu added new variations and gives excellent commentary. Unfortunately, there are no applications shown, but a little experimentation will allow you to figure out many applications for each movement. Strongly recommended! Review: Good - Was ok. Fantastic presentation of the material. 22 ring exercises applicable to all Hakka styles. Worth every penny, and then some. Looking forward to Future volumes.
