Q: What’s the difference between it and console edition

Console edition only includes the 4-pole cable and doesn't include the longer dual 3.5 cable used for PC gaming. Otherwise, the specs and drivers are the same.

Q: please tell me how or what i need to buy to get this mic to work for the xbox one

If your xbox one controller is an old controller (old models do not have a audio jack port) you need to get Xbox One Stereo Headset Adapter and just plug this headset

Q: does it work with ps4

As long as you have the ones compatible with PC and PS4
