It's expensive, so I've paid close attention to the effectiveness of this product. We've tried other flavors, and Strawberry seems to be the best. The first couple of days using it, my stomach was a little upset, but not all all after first using it a few months ago.It definitely helps with muscle fatigue and endurance. During and after long hikes or workouts, there is less achiness and tiredness. I can also workout on an empty stomach if necessary and if I've taken a scoop before my workout. I typically only use one scoop a day, but occasionally two if I have a heavier exercise day.The cost if still something I weight out carefully, and delays in shipping, but worth it for now.

First off, all those complaining about the taste and grit? For heaven's sake, its amino acid powder with close to zero calories, rub some dirt on it, get a shaker with a screen, gulp it down in the 2 seconds it takes and quit your whining. Other than that, I did the 30-30-30 religiously for close to 2 months starting on Dec 18th 2024 (came in on Dec 17). 12-16 hour fast every day, light cardio within 30 minutes of waking up. Nothing, no change, nothing. I'd say this is a placebo. If you think it works, then great for you. I know it doesn't work for me to "Shred fat off the human body faster than any method I've seen." according to Gary Breka, and I love Gary, but sorry this method did nothing but make me super hyper in the morning making sure with in 30 minutes of waking I get all this stuff done. I did it by the book. Nothing, and now as of 02-05-25 its $84 LOL

Used this right after workouts got done protein. The taste wasn’t as bad as with done others. Very light and no upset stomach after drinking. Kept me hydrated.

Still experimenting with PerfectAmino, but so far, it’s been pretty great. I love the convenience—no need to mix up a thick shake or haul out the blender, and you’re still getting a solid dose of amino acids that’s supposedly comparable to 30g of protein from whey. That’s a win, especially when you’re short on time or just don’t feel like dealing with protein sludge. The taste? Eh… it’s not terrible, but definitely on the sweet side—kind of like it’s trying a little too hard to be liked. I don’t think it needs to be that sweet, honestly. Still, it’s effective and easy to work into a routine, which makes it a keeper for now.

The perfect amino powder mixing well in my smoothies. This is a healthy way to add amino to your body for overall good health. I plan to buy again.

#1 After reading the reviews about how disgusting the taste is I ordered unflavored. Yes even the unflavored is disgusting so the description about it being delicious should be changed.#2 It does not dissolve quickly. I found if I put it in a mason jar with the sealed tightly top, I can shake the heck out of it & it helps a little but I am always stirring while I'm drinking it and the bottom is always covered with granules.3. It says to take 1 to 3 scoops a day which would mean you may have to order every 10 days and at $50 for the small container that is a lot.I just purchased it to try to get more protein as I don't eat enough in a day to get the recommended amount. So after I finish this don't think I will repurchase or maybe try one more time but order through perfect amino web sight.

I’ve using this product for about six months and have notice my strength increase. I don’t take any other supplements besides a protein shake. My energy is good and mixes perfect
