I am returning the product because of wrong item and wrong size. Crocs have never had annissue with quality or comfort. Always order a size less than your routine because crocs are roomy and fits well a size smaller1 star for sending wrong product and for cancelling pick up on 17 jan2023. Agent came to pick, took away the packet and moments later came back it saying it will be picked later. Now the app is showing return request cancelled. How can the agent do this? And why agents who come to pick do not leave any proof of picking up return good?? Please schedule a pick up again and return and refund. Thanks
