After a year of trying all moisturizing shampoos and conditioners the product will just sit on top of my hair missing the cortex, didn't see any immediate results after using steamer but it showed when I flat ironed my hair and it didn't frizz up half way through the process as usual. Easy to assemble, works well and perfect height. I had to turn around backward to allow the steam to get to the back of my head. I only used it once. I welcome suggestions

I like the product. My hair feels hydrated. Before the steaming process, my hair was moisturized and there was a shine to it, but it was dry. It felt like straw. Straw has a sheen to it but it's dry and hard. That's how my hair was shiny but dry. Only after my second use did I notice there was a different softness to it. Must have been the steaming putting hydration to its meaning. I think there is length added but maybe I'm squinting too hard. I've given only four stars because its too early to rave about it (only used twice) after perhaps use number six, the choir may join in with me and there will be five stars. Well...the choir has joined in with me and I know give it five stars. I've used it every two weeks for about three months and there is definitely more length (about two inches). My hair is soft, almost silky, and my scalp does not itch except when it is time for the next perm (every 12 weeks). I can't say it's all Zeny, the rather expensive shampoos/conditioners, hair oils, etc. helped with those two inches, the hydration and moisture. I had a frustrating time to know how to care for gray my hair (mostly salt and pepper). Didn't know my gray hair did not need or want protein. That was the protagonist causing my dry and breaking off hair. Those short, brokened off strands began to grow and now my hair is a little more thicker. And longer. Any girl would like that.

This is great for facials and hair steaming treatments if your looking to grow your hair long like me. It works so good and it steams for a long time…. The best purchase

The idea of this article is great. It gives off good steam for your hair and face. However the hood is entirely too small so that the top of your head is the only part that receives steam. The back gets no steam at all. It’s not a good value for your money. I advise you to search elsewhere.

This is more a review for the benefits of steaming hair. This is my third hair steamer. This is a replacement for faulty equipment but me using it so much. After washing my hair, which is loc’d, I spray Rose water and oil and sit under steamer. My hair stay moisturized for weeks. I can see the sheen. If you suffer from dry hair, I highly recommend investing in a hair steamer.
