How nice to be pleasantly surprised by the quality and presentation of an order! This beautiful charm came in a lovely presentation box big enough for a bracelet and a polishing cloth. It was an unexpected bonus. I will be ordering more of these for the sterling bangles that I'm making for friends and family this year.

Perfect charm
It's a cute and different way to have to have one's initial carved. The price is perfect for such a cute little charm. I would also recommend this for a young girl to wear.

Not what expected
The product was smaller and the quality was much less than the pictures gave the impression of. I guess I can't really complain about the price and I guess I should have paid more attention as to the actual dimensions of the charm but even though I may have not judge the size properly the quality of the overall piece was still much less than expected.
