The taste of this with just water is a no-go. Tastes like the smell of wood shavings. Taste with juice is no better but it does help digestion a ton. If you can get paste these issues give this a try!

i don’t drink this or use it for potty issues. I use this to make keto baked goods, mostly for making oven baked mini keto bread dough that i cover with a keto sugar afterwards and i end up with no purple baked goodies…not that i would mind if it did for purple is my favorite color lol. love the container, don’t have to worry about it not zipping back up like i do with the cheesy zip lock type bags other use with their powdered goods..

I have been buying other brands for a couple of years. It seems as good as the others, but it is considerably more expensive. The other good brands are currently unavailable due to the pandemic, but when they are available, I will be hard pressed to buy it again, because there is no justification for it that I can see...

Honestly this works, ever after the FIRST day of using it. I have struggled to be “regular” for years. After trying several detox and cleansing pills, laxatives, and very restrictive dieting ... nothing has worked like this has. No pain, cramping, gas or unexpected trips (runs) to the bathroom. Super gentle yet works perfectly for the intended purpose. No more bloating. No more detox “explosions”. I will be a customer for life!! If you’re debating on trying this... you definitely won’t regret it. I recommend 1 scoop per day in some juice and immediately chugging it. The texture can get slimy very quickly (within minutes lol) and I wasn’t a fan of the taste using it with water. Nonetheless- I stand by this product. I hope they never stop selling it!!!

It is hard to find a good psyllium husk for drink mix that is pure. This one clumps up too much in a glass of water. Switching back to metamucil premium.

Love it and other KOS products. Helps keep me regular which is great for someone who struggles to poop once a day at best. I mix it with the Greens and Blue or Berry powders also by KOS add cologne/protein powder and it keeps me full for hours.Tried to mix in hot coffee and it clumped up. Suggest only cold water/drink to mix.

Now I'm not vegan but I ran across a nut & seed-based 'bread' recipe that I couldn't resist as I'm an Ezekiel bread fan but don't do many refined carbs..at least at home. I had used another brand's whole psyllium husks and was interested in seeing what the difference was with the powder. The KOS psyllium husk powder actually has a better 'congealing' effect on the loaf & allows me to slice it thinner without it falling apart! I typically indulge in eggs and use it as a binder so haven't tried it in anything else but would highly recommend!

I’ve used other products that form large clumps and are hard to mix. This mixes easily. Has no real flavor and goes down easily. None of this stuff is great but this seems to be the best I’ve used so far. I recommend this. Myaybe our congress should start using this. They must be grouchy for some reason.
