The fruit for this wine is from California's Central Valley - which includes the renowned Lodi district - which is one of the world's warmest wine regions. This makes sure that all the fruit is ripe. Care is taken during harvesting and winemaking to preserve the grape's fruity character. Grapes are harvested in the cool of night and then fermented in stainless steel tanks which preserves all of the fruity flavours. The distinctive carafe is ideal as a centrepiece for special occasions while the reusable bottle can be used as a decanter.
