Gigi the best grandma
I’m 70 and I eat this daily to add protein to my morning smoothie. This blends perfectly and has no taste and is not gritty. Simple way to increase your protein intake

Great for miso
Along with dashi/miso and seaweed, I make miso soup on the regular using the tofu. It's a nice firm consistency like in used to in restaurant quality. I am a stickler with the instructions, how long the tofu lasts so use it up on time.

Fabulous product, hard to fine....but I found it!

A very good Tofu
This Tofu is very soft and smooth. It can be used for many things. Being very bland it adds protein to smoothies and icings. Can also be used to make cheese sauce.

I used this one to make a vegan chocolate pudding. My boyfriend don't like tofu but he taste it and can't tell the different 🤣 he loves it. I would recommend

We keep these in hand. They’ve make great quick cruelty free “ egg” salads and scrambles. We add some to our Just Egg liquids for texture when making scrambled “ eggs”. The egg industry is so darn sad, we are grateful to have these delicious ( and healthy) alternatives.
