Great tofu
Love a shelf stable product. This has great flavor and many uses. It was a large package so I split it with my vegetarian daughter. Worth every penny!

Protein Pudding
I absolutely love this Tofu! I was looking for a way to get extra protein and one of my friends told me of a recipe with this extra soft tofu mixed with peanut butter... Omg it was like a peanut butter pudding. It was delicious! I was worried it would be rubbery or chunking but it was silky smooth and no lumps! Would recommend this to absolutely anyone. There is so much in one box that you will totally have enough to last you quite some time.

Very creamy, tasty
Bought this to make super low calorie oil free mayo. The recipe cost ends up being around $5.50 for 30 oz (standard mayo jar size today), which isn't bad, but you do this to save calories (9 per tablespoon), not money. The recipe for oil free mayo called for Mori-Nu "firm", but "soft" was cheaper. They were very specific that you have to use Mori-Nu Silken, that regular tofu in the refrigerated case won't work. That's actually great because Mori-Nu has a long shelf life in your pantry without refrigeration. Pretty good emergency food as well. After blending and making the mayo, it came out very creamy and tasty, but kind of light in body. I do wonder if I should have just paid more and bought the firm or extra firm silken tofu the recipe called for. Some people even recommend extra firm. Since I bought 12 boxes, it's going to be awhile before I make my next purchase. The taste is interesting, but like the best tofu, kind of non-descript. It takes on whatever you season it with.

Delicious 😋
I love this tofu it's good for soups, desserts, lots of different things. Highly recommend if you are looking for a soft tofu. It doesn't have that strong odor that the harder tofu's have.

shelf-stable silken is a winner!
Silken tofu is perfect for so many things: desserts, creamy sauces and soups, smoothies -- and I love having the option to buy it in a shelf-stable form. If the price doesn't go through the roof (as everything seems to be doing), I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Glad I could get these in bulk
I use these a lot for smoothies and tofu puddings. It is so nice that they are shelf stable and easy to travel with. They have a very neutral taste and nice soft silky texture. They blend well. I was buying them so often that I wanted to find a way to get them in bulk and these are great. I do need scissors to open, but otherwise easy.

Cheap easy delicious and texturally exquisite
Shockingly delicious even plain and unheated out of The fridge where I think the chill brings out that milky calcium rich tofu flavor even better than off the shelf. I find it a refreshing snack and pretty sure it’ll be a stsndby this summer in coping e the heat waves that will be upon us. The taste is super milky and fresh. Can’t comment on longevity bc I will be woofing thid down fast. I literally had this for breakfast this morning ingested w a pack of cilantro rice and it was so filling simple and satisfying. Of course heated w lots of microwave or more prepared properly cooked dishes it’s tremendously versatile. It comes out in a couple large sumptuous chunks but then breaks into acidic tomato lemon or curry sauces to add this besitiful rich velvettiness. Mellows the flavors into a more filling full bodied meal without muting them. Being almost entirely bedridden unable to cook and in dire need of protein as this disease eats my muscles it’s another little food hack these days I’m loving. I love that in bulk this comes out to two dollars a portion. I’m suddenly having tofu way more often bc I’m finding this easier cheaper and tastier than most other options.
