I bought this for my husband when he came out of hospital having broken his pelvis in multiple places - it was easy to assemble although the pipes are quite stiff to get on , but they stay on - it’s a very large single size, nice and long and tucks in at foot if the bed - I didn’t want to get a hospital bed as he’s tall - it’s been going 24 hours a day for several weeks - the little engine is very quiet and sits under the bed - the switch has a noticeable green light so you can see if it’s on or off from a distance - I really recommend this - forget the more expensive ones ! I don’t know about long term but it’s certainly ideal for post surgery - thank you

I wanted to try this mattress for while before I have a review. I bought this for myself as I have fibromyalgia and disc and spinal issues. I constantly turned in bed at night due to pressure pain and always woke up with back pain/numb areas. I have a good main mattress but I still had pain. So I thought maybe something that changes pressure would help. This was in my price range. I read other reviews and decided to go for it. The pump itself is almost silent. Hardly noticeable. The pressure change is very subtle and can be adjusted to suit requirements. I’m sleeping so well now. Pain is significantly reduced. I switch it on 10 mins before bed and it’s ready and easy to use. I have it just on my side of a king size mattress. Doesn’t bother my husband at all. I’m so pleased I decided to try this. It helps so much! I’m 53

Early days but so far so good. Air pump is think is pretty quiet not causing issue with sleep. The mattress part initially looked very flimsy like a holiday li-lo. Once attach to the pump with 2 push fitting flexible hose the mattress pumped up quickly. The mattress has lines of interconnected sections which inflate and deflate in turn. I'm a heavy 6 foot tall person and the mattress works well with me on it. I am now expecting the bed to last well as other reviews have said. 5 different hardness settings to suit all. Personally I prefer number 3. My skin is already showing positive signs after just a few days. A1 . Recommended by. I will update the review later should any changes arise

Very long, used on a 200 cm length bed and it still had pockets over the edge. Alternated air well, the pockets are quite large and it’s easy to ‘fall’ into the seam between them. If not laying favourably the pockets can also seem to dig into any aching muscles. The highest setting the pockets are very firm. however this is a very good entry level item to see if an alternating air pressure mattress is the right way to go. I would however suggest a tubular type of you can afford it rather than an egg box style one.

Only half of it work because there is a hole. I've tried the normal hole coverings but due to the pressure needed to work, the air still escapes from the hole. Due the this only because used temporarily, il will continue to use it as half of it working is still helping my son and his sores. But if this was required long term.... Go to a proper care website or shop.

I AM A MOTOR NEURONE DISEASE SUFFER I ALL SO HAVE SPINAL SINOSIS THIS GIVES ME A LOT OF PAIN AS WELL AS THE DISCOMFORT I HAVE WITH THE MND . I COULD NOT SLEEP AND WAS IN A LOT OF PAIN WHEN IN BED DUE TO SUFFERING FROM SPINAL STINOSIS AS WELL THIS AIR FLOW TOPPER HAS MADE A GREAT DIFFERENCE TO BEING PAIN FREE WHEN IN BED I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE DIFFERENCE IT MADE TO ME. I HAD A FEW SORE SPOTS AND NOW NO LONGER HAVE THEM I EVEN TOOK IT INTO HOSPITAL WHEN I SPENT A WEEK THERE THE NURSES WERE VERY IMPRESSED WITH IT TOP MARKS I COULD NOT DO WITHOUT IT NOW ÌF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH DEALING WITH SORE SPOTS AND BED SORES DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY THIS MATTRESS IT FEELS STRANGE TO START WITH BUT PERSIVER WITH IT TOP MARKS FROM ME

So far so good... 3 months in and still working fine. 🤞 We Bought this for my elderly very poorly mum, who is prone to bum sores. We did have a NHS air mattress. But the head district Nurse had it removed because I smoke. Wtf. Ive never smoked inside my own house, never mind my mums house. Always outside, always. So we looked about and found this. And its been brilliant so far. For the price this is a Excellent product. And it's not often I can say that about products offa amazon.

Bought for an older relative after they had suffered a broken hip and were having to spend more time in bed. Box on ours came in a pretty poor state, but mattress and pump inside appeared unused. We tried it out at home before taking it abroad to our relative. The mattress is suprisingly long (it covered the length of our 200cm bed easily). Using it the first time you just need to make sure that you manually straighten out any kinks or it won't fill. Once that's done, it fills and works well. A word of warning - it's nigh on impossible to get all the air out if you want to pack it up again. Pump reasonably quiet. Our relative found it did give relief and they were definitely more comfortable. They were starting to get some sore areas and this seemed to halt that. Coincidentally, we also shopped for a seat cushion around the same time and ended up (not through planning) with one from Vive also. That was also excellent and helped our relative a lot.

The mattress arrived very quickly, but I could not use it as it was wired for American 120 volt instead of 240 volt Australian- my fault for not checking first. Returning it was managed fairly.

I have fibromyalgia/myafacia syndrome, piriphormis syndrome & trochanter bursitis on both sides. When laying or sitting i constantly have to shift or get up & stand until blood flows back through my entire gluteus minimus/ maximus & hamstrings. I went through many soft pillows & gel pillows & it worked for about 2 years. But as my body continues to change I have to keep up with how it changes. So I did some research on how to help relieve these conditions and stumbled across an alternating air compression mattress. I purchased the 1st one through another place that was selling it for $50.00 less. The mat & cord was new but the machine was busted. I tested it & was loving it but after 45 minutes it stopped working. So I returned & took a chance on purchasing this brand (VIVE). I purchased it 2/17/23 & received it on 2/18/23. I tested it for 2 hours it survived. Now for the ultimate test and experience. My experience on the bed pad through the night was rough for a few hours due to my body not being used to the pressure. Mind you I placed the pad under my bedsheet & had the pressure on low. So I placed a very thin layered gel pillow under my bottom & it worked. After a few hours of laying on it my body started to get used to the pressure as it alternated different pressure points. I then removed the thin layered gel pillow & it felt great! Before using the pad my right hip was sore due to poor position of sleeping. After sleeping on that pad not only did it help take the sore hip away, but I also had the best rest/sleep that I haven't had in a long time🥲. The motor is extremely quiet🤗. There's a faint vibration @ the foot of the pad where the hose connect to the machine that's very soothing & relaxing 😴. So this is my experience with the pad so far so good 👍. I'm hoping & praying 🙏 that this pad & motor lasts for years. I will definitely update my review in about 3 months if it's still going strong 💪. But until then, I'd like to thank "VIVE" for making this unit affordable for those of us that need pain relief that most insurance companies will not cover 🤦🏾‍♀️. Oh I 4got to mention that I took a chance on purchasing the (VIVE) alternating air pressure chair pillow. I'm hoping that it works as expensive as it is. I will be leaving a review on its advertising "VIVE" page here on Amazon where I have purchased it. I'll be receiving that 2morro. So I hope that my review will help those of you like me who suffer with chronic pain. Feel better 2day 😌.
