Five stars for the price and function. Used on 2014 Corolla LE (1.8 liter engine). Recently bought this car and was aware that the Toyota dealer was the last to change the oil, hence install the filter housing cap back on. Have a 2010 Sienna (3.5L takes the larger filter) and the same dealership had Popeye install that filter housing cap and substantially over torqued it. Fortunately, they didn't " over torque the Corolla's cap and this tool worked well w/o damage to tool or filter. First install tool - slightly tap tool as far as it will connect to the filter housing cap and then use a 27mm socket to loosen. I also tighten with the 27mm socket rather than chance the racket drive, pry off tool when done.

Excellent tool, suitable for replacing the oil filter on a Prius 30 and also a 2017 Accord Hybrid. I am completely satisfied with them.

This broke the first time I used it. Yes, my oil filter may have been on there a little tight, but that should be no excuse for the tool breaking. It literally was poured into a mold somewhere in China with cheap aluminum looking metal. If you don’t want to deal with the troubles, I had to deal with just go ahead and buy the steel one from Toyota dealership for $35 and use it for life worry free!

Worst quality I have ever used. I’ve bought 2 in the past. And they break on the first use. Couldn’t even use the tool because it broke. Horrible cheap quality and will not work.

Perfect fit and very good quality for the price. This a must need tool if you want to change your own oil and oil filter.

Fit the old broken Oil cap for removal and New Oil cap and allowed it to be tightened. Ship was fast
