How to Train Your Dragon: The Short Film Collection [DVD]

The disc was in great condition and all the films play properly!

Came in on time. All dvds work. As an adult it's one of those cartoons you and the kids love to watch together. Great deal.

Stories are awesome and heartwarming. The shorts take place chronologically between the first and second movies. Visual quality was not great, the DVD menu was extremely blurry/pixelly, and the videos were definitely lower quality visual than the movies or even the tv series, just enough off to be annoying while still being watchable. I wish these shorts were available as a downloadable version with better visual clarity. The CC was very pixelated to the point where it was distracting. But some of these shorts are not streaming anywhere else right now, so definitely a keeper for anyone wanting to watch the complete HTTYD universe.

My boys love How to Train Your Dragon. Mom and Dad enjoy it too. The shorts minus Gift of the Night Fury are available on Netflix. With our infotainment system, though, it's nice to have DVD copies. Also, really wanted the Christmas movie for the Christmas season, especially since we hadn't seen it before. The short collection is short, but with four movies on the disc $5 seemed about the right price.

After I bought this DVD, I made sure to watch all of the shorts, and it more than passed my test. No How To Train Your Dragon fan should be without this DVD in their collection, especially since it helps fill in some of the storyline (as does Riders Of Berk, Defenders Of Berk, and Race To The Edge).
