Great for Live Well!
Works fine as my live well on my 14 foot boat. I cut the top out and drilled some holes but it holds water well. Shipping sucked though as it was 3 days late.

Customer Service is SLOOOOOW!
The item didn’t fit properly, so I returned it. Shouldn’t be a big deal. However, the customer service side is holding my refund for 7-8 weeks? That’s ridiculous. They refunded the other tank and that still took three weeks after I returned it. Avoid buying from this company. Customer service isn’t responsive or processing in a timely manner.

It's ok, comes dirty and with plastic shrapnel inside
Like other reviews, my tank had a dirty side and there are plastic pieces inside. It's not easy to get them all out. It's also a little misshapen but I'm not worried, it will be filled with water and I expect it to bulge a bit. Expect to spend some time cleaning this up. All screw fittings are clean and other than being dirty and having extra bits of plastic inside, it's pretty good.

Tank was packed extremely good, shipping was fast
I had 2 issues with my concession trailer. 1. I had a water leak, did not know if it was the pump or the water tank. I ordered both, replaced the tank first, that fixed the problem. I have to return the water tank, because I do not need it. Tank was packed extremely good, shipping was fast.

Fitting sizes are al incorrect on 16 gallon, fill port is on opposite end
The smooth bore inlet tube is tilted about 15* downward. The inlet is NOT 1 1/4 as listed. The threaded ports are NOT 3/4”. My time today IS wasted and now requires a return trip to the store to return and hunt down the appropriate fittings. 2/5 because at the moment my presumption is that it will hold water. Very unhappy. C’mon guys, just put the correct fitting and thread identification with the advert. Not that hard.

It is NOT NSF!
This tank is not NSF certified! It has no markings at all on it. Plenty of dust and dirt. AMAZON words mean things. Health Department needs a certification. The company that made it sent me a very long list of numbers but this tank isn’t on it!

Check inside your tank before using
Dislike: 1) plastic drilling filings inside tank, this is a drinking water tank and already has trash in it. 2) 3/8 hole threaded for fittings nice but 1 1/4 fill does not not so nice
