I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She specifically asked for a roll up puzzle saver. I went a step above and bought this stellar puzzle briefcase and couldn't have been happier. If used properly it stores, saves frustration and time. The quality of the product overall was fantastic. It feels like a nice piece of luggage that wont break down anytime soon. She put together a 500 piece puzzle of our kids that I had made and it fit perfectly from start to finish in it. Highly recommend!

It was very good. Held the pieces I'd done nicely. Side boards were good as temporary holds, but didn't store well. Entire case stored easily behind our couch, and "up" label ensure I had the board right-side up.. Main board a bit big for my lap, but so was the puzzle! Would have liked to be able to stored the puzzle box, but that would make it too fat.

This puzzle board is perfect. I just have to make sure any puzzle I do is no bigger than 20 x 15 and I'm good to go. A lot of 300 piece puzzles are larger than 20 x 15. I even found a 63 piece puzzle that was larger than 20 x 15. The size does limit me on what puzzles I can do on it, but it's worth it because I can remove the puzzle board from the case, work on it in my lap in my recliner, then put the leather cover over the puzzle, put the puzzle piece boards on top, zip it up, and I can store it behind the door on it's end. The pieces stay put and don't move. I had a board that did 1,000 pieces, but it was too big for my lap and it was heavy. It also did not have a removeable board inside. I had to do the puzzle on the actual case itself which was awkward. This is exactly what I needed. Edit: I do love the puzzle board but I'm having a very hard time finding 300 piece puzzles that will fit it. I edited my rating down to 4 stars because of this.

I collect Artifacts wooden puzzles and the pieces are considerably thicker than a cardboard puzzle so I didn’t expect the Jigsort to work quite the same as intended in this product. Still, I’m not disappointed! The pieces won’t fit into the sorter trays but it securely carries all the pieces with minimal sliding. I’m actually starting a puzzle on the flexible mat and storing the pieces on the assembly tray so I kinda wish I had gotten the 1000 but wanted to keep size to a minimum. It’s perfect, even if I’m not using it exactly as it was designed to be used. It’s perfect for portability and saving space.

This product does not even fit a 300 piece puzzle. Please do not buy this if you are going to do any large (over 300) piece puzzle. Very disappointed and misinformed by the description!

I prefer making wooden puzzles to cardboard, and am on the hunt for a puzzle board. Of the 3 different puzzle boards I tried, this was my second favorite. Very well made, quality product. I completed a small wooden puzzle using it, and the building surface was nice, but the piece storage boards were useless because they wouldn't accommodate 1/4" thick wooden pieces. I would also like something I can use on my lap, and though the board could be used that way, having the pieces loose on the puzzle sleeves would be too risky to possibly lose a piece. As a long term solution, the puzzle board would be too small to accommodate all wooden puzzles, and the larger size would be to big. Ideally I would prefer a working surface of 24"X18", that can tilt and has storage for pieces. In the end I returned this and the other two products and my hunt continues.

I bought two of these. The 500 piece and the 1000 piece. The 1000 piece case was for my granddaughter and daughter in law. They have described it as the "best present they ever got". The ability to work on a puzzle and then safely put it away until you can work on it again is wonderful. I have recommended the cases to several friends who saw mine and thought it was great. I am planning on taking it on vacation so we can work on a puzzle and not have to destroy it if we don't finish. Just pack it up and take it home.

This is such a beautiful well-made product. Unfortunately it does not accommodate my 18 x 24“ Springbok puzzles. I should have read the dimensions of the puzzle board and not the number of pieces. Would be better if they advertised by size of puzzle and not number of pieces. Iunfortunately, doesn’t seem like they make one to accommodate my puzzles. Too bad because it is the nicest quality of the many puzzle boards I have owned. Really can’t say enough about the workmanship.

This is well made and I couldn’t think of doing a jigsaw without it now. I love that all the trays come out independently and the case can be put to one side. Because of the quality it has a bit of weight in it which I don’t find a problem myself and the actual tray you take out to do the jigsaws on, is a lot lighter across my lap than the previous serving tray I was using. It is quite expensive but for me the size is perfect, the 1000 piece ones would be too big for me. Once I’d seen the quality of the trays and case and how perfect it was for doing jigsaws, I felt it did warrant the price. I was pleasantly surprised also how well it holds the jigsaws, even partially made ones in place, even with the case stored upright. I mostly do the wood Wentworth jigsaws and wasn’t sure if the additional storage trays covers would fit over them but had no problems, just had to slowly and carefully slide over. If I started doing bigger jigsaws in the future, I would definitely look at their larger cases.

I bought this as a gift and the person loved it. It is very sturdy and well made. As well as the zipped portfolio, it also has and has several internal trays which come with slide on covers, ideal for sorting puzzle pieces into colours/sections. A few comments have said how heavy it is and yes it probably is a little heavy for some but it does contact 3 tray and you wouldn't necessarily need to carry them all around. My one negative is that is it very expensive, especially when you compare it to the 1000 piece ones you can get at a fraction of the cost

Took a while deciding to buy this, as it seemed very expensive for what it is. But i was pleasantly surprised when i received it. It is very well made and sturdy, not very heavy. I like that the board you do the actual jigsaw on comes out of the case, so easy to place on your lap. The 2 smaller trays are handy for sorting pieces. After you simply put all the trays back in & zip it up, it can then be stored away easily or transported, keeping all the jigsaw in place. Am sure that this will last for years, so all in all a good investment.

Excellent, actually bought it to keep a light board safe.
