Decent build quality, but I had issues from showmates that they could not hear me very well.
Loved that these would mute when you swing the mic boom up, however, I only used these on a couple shows before returning as ultimately my show mates (I work in live event production) said that I came in very low with this headset which ultimately led to it being returned.

Not Female XLR
The headsets shipped to me were not female 4-pin XLR as advertised. They were a male 2-promg connector, not even XLR.

Headband is a little tight if you have a large head like me, but they work well with our Clear-com system and have a similar mic volume, so it folded in well in our professional theatre.
