The JoJo Siwa Box - The Officially Licensed JoJo Siwa Mystery Gift Subscription Box

The last winter box was delivered with everything inside broken. The snow globe broke and got over everything in the box. My daughter was so excited to finally get it and was completely let down. I sent it back 5 mins after getting it to only get a credit on my debit card. I had hoped they would of sent a new one instead, however it wasn’t even an option.

I ordered this for my granddaughter and she got a snow globe. This first box was amazing!

Gave as a gift to granddaughter for birthday. She loved it!!!

The person the Jojo box was for loved it, but you sent two boxes the same because my other subscription didn't get cancelled. I need to have the subscription from last year cancelled so that she only gets one and I only get charged for one.

Everything in the box was beautiful, colorful and useful! My granddaughter loves it! This was only her first box, but, so far its great! I have high expectations for the next one!

Bought this a gift for my 9 year old who loves everything JoJo. First box came with a fan that didn't work. I requested a replacement and was denied with no explanation. The next box came yesterday. It was Halloween themed, but since it arrive 5 days after Halloween, it is useless. The shirt was at least 2 sizes too small, that added to the fact it came after Halloween means my daughter will go no wear out of the Halloween shirt. It was super tight now, no way it fits next year. I've requested to return this box as well and have cancelled my subscription. It's too bad as I had high hopes for this subscription box.Edit: I ended up cancelling the return as I would've had to pay for return shipping. Add 1 more strike against Culture Fly's terrible customer service.

I ordered this box for my cousin's daughter, she absolutely loved it! For the price you really get your money's worth and all of the items are super cute and unique. She has gotten two boxes so far and loves every single item!!!

I ORDERED THIS JUST TO GET JOJO STUFF FOR GRAND DAUGHTER - CANCELLED BOX IS NOT WORTH THE $$$THE WORST PART IS THAT THERE WAS NO HAIR BOW - VERY DISAPPOINTED

We were definitely under the impression a bow came in the box. So when we opened it we were very disappointed that there wasn’t one. Probably will wait for another box to see if we get one and if not we will cancel the subscription.
