Economical Bench Power Supply 0-50Volts, 0-3 Amps (CSI5003XE) by Circuit Specialists
I am using this Power Supply to charge a battery I purchased, 3.7v lipo pack and it is working well, the fan is working to cool and the voltage and current is set for this charge. I am watching it, but I just finished charging another up and it was at 0.0023A when I took it off. It tested at exactly 4.2v and I set it aside to see if it held the charge. I really like this PS and hope it holds up.

The power supply looks good and works as advertised. My only complaint is the adjustment pot for the current limit set is very sensitive.

Great deal. However, I measure -.6V across the terminals when the supply is on and the output is off. Not good for sensitive chips...
