I have been using it on my hands, it doesn't say not to use on the face on the jar. It has worked well on hands and legs

How many % urea in it?

It mentions urea as the 3rd ingredient so the percentage must be big - But this is the best cream I have ever used leaves my skin in a lovely condition - great for eccema - best cream I have used.
