Great little PC. However...
The computer itself was better than I expected for a used PC. It was in brand new condition, inside and out, not even a scratch on it. I started it up and Windows 10 worked fine. While running Windows Update, I found it odd that it would not allow updating to Windows 11 because the processor was not at least 1Ghz. That's when I noticed that the processor would not run faster than .79Ghz. I turned on a power warning message setting in BIOS and rebooted, and now a bootup message said, "Alert! The AC power adapter wattage and type cannot be determined. The system will adjust the performance to match the power available." Long story short, the GENERIC 90 watt power supply included with this renewed PC did not work with it. I purchased a GENUINE DELL power adapter for $60 and waited two months to get it because it was backordered. I powered it on with the Dell power adapter and it worked perfectly, no BIOS alert and the processor speed was normal, up to 4Ghz.
