Difficult to judge the product after only one use, but it charged my batteries very quickly the first (and only so far) time. Came very well pacakaged, with lots of extras I wasn’t expecting. Bonus!Very different to the original charger that came with my Nikon D7000, but seems to do the trick for the same batteries.Will see how it holds up in the long run, but so far, so good!

I lost my Nikon D7000 charger so I needed a replacement charger. The official Nikon charger was very expensive, so I chose to risk it and buy this compatible charger by Vivitar. It works perfectly with my Nikon D7000 battery so I got an excellent value. (I haven't had it long enough to determine if it will continue to work well)My only issue with it at this point and why I only gave it 4 stars is that the support arm that helps hold the battery in place is thin plastic and I feel like it could break fairly easily. When I put it into my camera bag, I chose a spot where it would not get knocked or crushed. As long as I continue to be careful, it will not be an issue. Also if it does break off, it will not keep the battery from charging, only make it more difficult. But it does the job well and saved me a good bit of money in the process, so I'm pleased. Oh! And I like that it has a car charger with it. Extra bonus. Yes, I would buy this again and recommend it to friends.

Just last week there were some amazing clouds in sky and I went to grab my DSLR only to find the batteries were 'dead'. No problem. With this product I had spare (fully charged) batteries ready to pop into the camera and was shooting the pictures in just a couple minutes. Meanwhile, while using the camera, the battery I had just removed from my SLR was already being recharged in this unit.

I use this to charge spare batteries if I am at one of my son's sporting events and it guarantees that I will never have a missed opportunity at getting that important shot because of a dead battery. Works, though not quickly (product claims a 1 hour 'quick charge' - longest 'hour' in history) and the charger resets the battery life indicator to '4' (used) when it's actually '1' - almost new. Why does it do that??But it has dual-voltage and car charger adaptors - haven't tried them yet.

I was panicking when my camera's bettery charger went missing after Thanksgiving. After checking out the reviews, I decided to go with this one. It works GREAT. The battery pops right in there, and it delivers a full charge quickly. I love that it comes with an adapter that you can use in your car, too. That will definitely come in handy for road trips and on-location type shoots. I also love that the prong/plug pushes in, so it is super slim in my camera bag. I love this charger.
