These Will Work!
These candles are going to work well for advent in a few months. I'm just a single guy so I don't need full-sized taper candles. My only complaint is that I wish they were thinner so that they would fit in the chime candle holders that I already have, but that's just me nitpicking. The description was accurate and the candles arrived packaged well. They were shipped in a box in an envelope, but they weren't broken or crushed on arrival. I received three purple candles and one pink. I would definitely buy them again. I'll have to wait until I actually use them to know how quickly they burn.

Narrower than I expected
Be advised that these candles are not the diameter of your standard taper. I thought I was getting shorter tapers of a standard width, but this is not the case. I like the shorter height because when we do advent devotions, we usually only end up burning down the candles about halfway by Christmas. Then I am left with the dilemma of tossing out candles that are only half used, repurposing them for other occasions, or reusing them the next year. I never liked starting off a new advent season with halfway used candles. The short height saves me the trouble. I plan to wrap the end of the candles in some thin strips to make them fit in the advent wreath that takes standard tapers. It's not ideal, but since I already bought them...

They burn down really fast
These candles looked very nice, but by the fourth Sunday of advent, my first advent candle, hope, was so short it was unable to be burned at all.

Too short. They will not last through Advent. Returning them.

PERFECT Advent Candles
These candles came just the right size. I was hoping would the size would be perfect for my wreath and they are. They are very good quality and the colors are fresh with no fading.
