Immediate improvement in Audi A8L
Wonderful and immediate results… August of 2024 I performed 3 drain/fills with liqui moly top tec 1800 fast forward to last month (June 2025) I was experiencing clunking and hard shifts. I decided to use Redline D6 and immediately noticed smooth shifts and butter-like acceleration. I will be using this going forward!2004 Audi A8L

no need for a new transmission.
my automatic clutch was having problems engaging causing stalls at many stops. my transmission was having trouble upshifting while accelerating; sometimes the clutch wouldn't disengage causing a lot of revving without increased speed. i dealt with the problem for about 9 months when i finally ran across a project farm video about transmission fluid. he found that this stuff had the best additive package and it made me think that i needed to try this before i gave up on my old sonata. sure enough, the transmission is shifting like a dream and no more stalling at stops. 3.5 quarts of expensive transmission fluid to avoid paying for a 5000$ transmission is value up the wazoo.

Great.
I have used this before in my 2010 Yaris and the Transmission performance greatly improved. I now plan to put it in my 2018 Sienna. Red Line makes great products so it is worth the money to me.Update: I did a drain and fill at about 50,000 miles in the Sienna and it shifts very smooth now. No more "clunky" shifting out of the 8 speed. I plan on just doing a drain and fill of the transmission from here on out every 10,000 miles along with the oil changes since I pretty much have the vehicle positioned to do so at this time. I am very happy with this ATF.

Amazing, way better than D4 in an 08 TL
I have an 08 TL and initially in online forums everyone said to switch to D4 when I used D4 on the TL it made the gears basically slam into gear. That was a 50/50 mix of DW1 and D4. Now I saw D6 is the more appropriate replacement for DW1 and I have 50/50 of DW1 and D6 and holy crap does the car feel amazing. I love the feel of the shifts now, they are super buttery but also firm. I definitely recommend at least a mix of D6 and Honda DW1, if not try the full drain and fill with just D6.

perfect for a 2006 mini cooper convertible
Searched high and low for transmission fluid options for my 2006 Mini Cooper Convertible after replacing the CV joints and settled on this one. Got a hand pump that unfortunately didn't fit the RedLine bottle, but got the fluid the in nonetheless. It's been a few months and the car drives *considerably* more smooth. Granted the CV joints probably have the most effect, but shifting feels smoother, and haven't had any problems. Only been a few months, but is looking like this fluid was a good choice on a hard-to-source transmission fluid.

Good product
I did a series of drain and fills on my 2018 ford flex. I put this stuff in for my last fill since it's so expensive. I expected to see a noticeable difference but I didn't. I was a little surprised by this because I noticed a huge difference on other vehicles. I'm sure it's a good product though.

I have used Red Line ATF, Gear Lube, MTF, Power Steering Fluids since 2000
I have not found any products from any other manufacture for ATF, Gear Lube, MTF, and Power Steering Fluid that performs better!I have tested Red Line products in cars and trucks made by Toyota, General Motors, Chrysler in daily drivers , professional racing cars, daily drivers that where tracked and off road vechiles.I have tested their products with readily available UOA both in house and third parties. I have done anylytical tear downs. I have had access to OEM manufacture data and testing. If I have to use an off the shelf product and I want the best Red Line is the way to go.In their ATF line up I have used D4, D6, and C+ ATF. I am currently using D6 in a Toyota. They have changed ownership not long ago but no reason to suspect their products have changed any in that time.

The best you can buy
I've used this in many applications .My hondas absolutely love it .I have been able to totally change they way some automatics feel ,shift ,and stay cool .I was able to bring a chrysler 300c transmission back from slipping in every gear with this magical red juice .I use it for lip balm because it smells so good.I swear buy it and only use this on any transmission I service because it will last and perform every time .I will add Lubeguard on any drain and fill I do .I have used all the OEM fluids in differant applications and this will outperform everything .I was using Amsoil before I discovered Redline .I will sometimes use amsoil 2 stroke oil but that's it after redline and it is easier to order.Amsoil does make good products especially gear oils but even more pricy and they do not disclose with base stocks and additives they use anymore while redline does and it is mostly Ester based for redline.
