Hi, Image shooting is possible with the application, but UV recording is not possible.

I wanna know where i can download the app to use this product,and does this produts include tow items,the smartuv and the uv lamp separately？

the battery won't charge, how can I fix this? when I plug it in I get two red lights then one.
