Perfect wheat berries!
I recently discovered Bread Beckers and Sue Becker (look her up on YouTube!) and immediately bought a grain mill after having been carnivore for 2+ years with drastic healing but not feeling quite right nor fully healing. Within 2 weeks consuming bread products made from freshly milled wheat my health is on track. I am so grateful! This wheat is perfect! It's clean, tastes wonderful and makes the best bread and pizza crusts! I'll be a life long customer.

Good for sourdough, super bread
Makes really high protein bread. The bread is more whole wheat than white, but it's super high in protein. Like 6-10 grams of protein per slice, depending on the size of the slice.

My buds (aka chickens) love their wheatgrass from these berries!!!
We live in the Upper Midwest where the ground is covered with snow/ice for at least three months out of the year. We pasture graze/free range our flock year round, however when there is no ground to be found they prefer to stay in the run and/or the coop. We provide feed, scratch grains and mealworms at all times but I have found that supplementing with wheatgrass, during the times when they can't find fresh greens for themselves, helps in a few ways. One - it is a boredom buster. Two - they get nutrients that they are accustomed to. Three - it allows momma's who hatch winter chicks to get them started on scratch/pecking on natural materials right away. You can buy kits that have everything you need (drip tray/brace, jars, screen lids/rings) or you can piece a kit together yourself. You can also find the screen trays I use on Amazon or you can buy seed starting trays and simply punch a few drain holes and insert the holed tray into another tray to catch the runoff. See my pictures for these items. I get 4 trays of wheatgrass for only 15 CENTS each. This is for the berries only. The main supplies are additional but they are also a one time expense. Well worth it to give my buds healthy nutrition when they can't find it for themselves.

Excellent, but a little weak.
Excellent flour from this wheat! My first use in a sandwich bread recipe that I test with resulted in weak gluten development and a loaf that wouldn’t quite rise. I suspect the < 11%. It’ll blend nice with the Hard Red Spring wheat that I also have.
