I wore these in the pool today to find out that the strap is not connected to the floats. This causes the float to slide up the leg. Witch after a short time they will be worthless. I do not recommend especially if you’re doing deep water aerobics.

To begin with, these were "recommended" as I was checking out for another piece of water exercise equipment on June 16. Those arrived the next day. These didn't arrive until today nearly 3 weeks later. I didn't notice for days that the delivery date for this item was far out (it was actually originally August). The straps these come with are not fastened in anyway to the float-able foam part of the device. They slip right off. The straps are made of slippery nylon so they don't stay tight. They are a waste of money and I'll be trying to return for a full refund.

I purchased them to help me work out with better resistance under water - they totally float to the top - fun if you want to float on your back. I use them for a mid line work out (since have purchased 7.5 lb weights) that don't float and give a better resistance. But helped in an early recovery (hip) injury. (Adjustable) - you need to adjust them to where you want them then turn the strap to the inside (otherwise it will come undone (loose again)....clicks together better if you do so in the opening. As you loose ankle inches it can be adjusted down. Happy to use glad I purchased. They also can be set then taken on and off in the water a little hard but can achieve success with a little force.

The product works great, unfortunately as many others have said the straps are not attached so it’s difficult to keep on your ankles because they slide up in the water, and also difficult to keep together after they are removed

The strap was a little loose and it kept coming off in the middle of my workout. I bought some Velcro straps with buckle and that worked better.

So, I still think these are poorly made, but they could serve a purpose for a light workout. Still sending them back, but they are better than a one star review. Cheap disconnected straps. Worthless for a workout. I would never recommend these. Returning them right away.

These work great for water aerobics. They were a little loose around my ankles so I just tied a knot in the strap. That made them more snug and they stayed low and in place.

I bought this to help keep my leg floating on the water and my foot elevated. Day one they worked great. Day two they had saturated with water and I could not keep the straps or the floats on. I am swimming a lap and see the strap go off. Then before I can do anything the float floats away. I tried to tighten the straps but was unsuccessful. I have slender legs and must return these since they are unusable. I broke my leg and ankle and was looking for a product that would help me float my leg above the water. Two on the same leg would have worked if they would have stayed on my leg.
