Unlike other powdered creatine this one does not make me feel sick, and does not cause headake and I cam also take it on empty stomack. No issues.

Capsule short
I love it and i already purchased it like 5 times but the only problem is it says it has 120capsule and 4 each day but every last day i end up with either 2or 3 and i thought i ate extra one day but i recently got a new package and i counted it only have 118 capsule which is bad and i hate it

Great for Convenience
These pills are really large and kind of hard to swallow, but it's so much better than having to mix a powder into water or preworkout, especially since I can never finish a full serving of preworkout.

Not as easy as power
It's not really clear on the packaging how much creatine is in one pill. As such I was always weary of taking the recommended amount. Ended up binning these and going back to the powder.
