Flysky FS-i6 RC Transmitter with FS-iA6 Receiver

I really like this controller. It's very versatile. You can set function endpoints, reverse operations and it was easy to set up. Plenty of switches for auxiliary functions. The range is as far as I'd ever want to fly my plane away from me. To top it off it looks good too.

Works very well, worth the price.

This is a pretty great radio. It's not a $1000 radio, so don't expect it to feel like one. But, it functions well and has lots of features for the money. If you are new to r/c, you might want to study a bit. The instructions won't help you.

I purchased two of these several months ago for RC airplane projects, and they’re still working great to this day. They paired easily with an inexpensive RC airplane motor kit I also purchased on Amazon. At first, I actually thought one was defective and assumed I would need to return it, but it turned out I simply didn’t understand the proper pairing/calibration process yet. Once I figured out the throttle setup and paired everything correctly, they worked perfectly. Overall, I’m very happy with them, would definitely recommend, and would purchase again.

Everybody seems to buy the Flysky FS-i6 for the 1 pound battle bot competitions. It's the go-to transmitter because it just works. I researched quite a bit, because there appears to be many manufacturers who use the Flysky name. I purchased this one because the brand is listed as FlySky. I'm not even sure if this is important, maybe there are all the same? It worked right out of the box. For battle bots, you may need to change some of the sensitivity settings and stick controls. I found this to be confusing, but there are many videos available that helped me get it right. I didn't win the competition, but that's because I'm a lousy driver! This transmitter is a good product.

Works great for my radio-controlled sailboat. What an upgrade! Wow, I only need 2 channels. This think has about 8 I think. I really like the screen that tells you battery status for controller and receiver. Very handy. Small antenna is nice too. Has worked perfectly for a few years now.

I could not pair this controller with the Drone Racing league virtual flight app. DRL says it will work, but there’s some things beyond my capability. It seems to me to be a controller designed to operate ailerons, elevators, rudder and other servos for a fixed wing plane.

Very user friendly looks nice and functions extremely well just as good as the expensive ones less than half the price

It works for my needs. The instructions are OKish. The reciever was not factory bound. No big deal. Had to figure out how to bind multiple recivers.

this is a surprisingly good controller for such a small price. these days you can easily spend hundreds of dollars if not more for a radio, however this seems to be very good quality, especially when considering its price, $80!!
