all bacon
This isn't like other bacon jams which are sugar and water with some bacon added in, this is bacon that's been made into a jam and it's incredible. Other jams I've tried go well on a burger with bacon, this jam brings the bacon to the burger.

Delicious!
Delicious, and even better if you mix it with bacon bits/crumbled bacon. Comes out very similar to the bacon jam used on Costco's chicken bacon sandwich.

Yum!
I remember loving Trader Joe's Bacon Jam. I thought I would give this a try and share with friends in gift baskets. It is very good! I love the dimension it gives to my egg sandwichs. I do wish the sweetness was a little less. What made me decide on this brand was the ingredient list. First ingredient being Uncured Bacon... and I can read the other ingridients;)

Real deal bacon goodness
Huge chunks of bacon, started using it with egg sandwiches and quickly found myself using it on other sandwiches, cheese/crackers, meats, and sauces. Excited to try all the flavors.

Arrived previously opened
Item arrive having been previously open. All outer packing was in tact but the jar had been clearly opened. Seal broken. Not allowed to get a replacement or refund. So just have to throw away.

Just okay
Not as eye opening a taste as I had hoped for. That plus the cost turns me off

Burgers, Burgers, Burgers!!!
The original and black peppercorn bacon jam is unreal on a burger. If you spread some of their jams on a nice and toasted brioche bun or burger bun, you will sadly never be able to go back to a plan boring burger again…. Blue cheese, Gorgonzola, goat cheese, sharp white cheddar, ect go fantastic with these. Must try if you want to show off for your guest if you are having them over for a bbq with some burgers and dogs! You can also make Big Mac sauce mix (equal parts ketchup, mayo, little mustard, finely minced onions and finely chopped kosher dill pickles, you can use relish but it’s not as good, black pepper and some smoke paprika; optional) your welcome :)
