A great balance between melatonin and the strong meds.
Very hard to express how much I love this product! Less strong than unisolm ( that stuff made me feel crazy the next day) and I’m left non drowsy the next day. Fast acting! When I got pregnant I had no trouble stopping- non habit forming I didn’t have to use every day. My brain is very racy and active at night so it helped settle me and I got the rest I needed.

Only work for two nights.
Works just like Benadryl because it IS Benedryl. I can only use them two days in a row because I become immune after two days but the days Iusethem, sleep is beautiful.

Only works for a few hours
It does help to get me to sleep, however it doesn't help me sleep through the night. I still wake up midway through the night and have trouble getting back to sleep.

This product works!!! . Taken on an empty stomach, this product works within 30 minutes to less than an hour. You must allow adequate time in bed greater than 7 hours or more. You will feel groggy throughout the day if you go to bed late and wake up early (obviously). Highly recommended by far the best product on the market
