Served it's purpose!
I did a fair amount of research into the best washer / dryer combo for my RV. I had a 5th wheel toy hauler where the hookups are in the garage. With only a single power plug, water outlets and drain, I didn't have a lot of space or resources for separate washer and dryer, I had to get an all-in-one.I was quite surprised with the performance of this unit. I wouldn't think it would dry that well being a ventless unit but it does a great job.

Worked for 6 months - full time RV'ing
I was fortunate that I decided to buy the 2 year extended warranty from Asurion... so this washer only cost me about $100 plus my time and effort to install into my 5th wheel. I called asurion to file a claim, and they said a repair person would call me about my error code E12, preventing the machine from drying. 2 days later, they sent an email refunding me to my amazon account for the washer dryer combo. Being such a chore to get one of these in and out of a RV, I would have rather someone try to fix it... but no, they just refunded me, so now I'm at square one looking for another brand to replace this one.Started getting Error Code E12 periodically after 4 months of use. E12 is for heater fan issue. Called asurion, got a refund. Still trying to use the machine and/or fix it, but limited information available. This is Chinese garbage- assembled (partially) in the US i believe. It does a decent job washing still, but i'm hang-drying mostly now that the E12 error still exists. Note: I use this machine in a vented mode, exhausting out the side of my RV.My 20-yr old Splendide WS2000 was far more reliable, until i got tired of troubleshooting that one; this was supposed to be an upgrade. Splendide at least has detailed pdf service manuals available online to do repairs yourself.Do not waste your money on Equator. I've had a bit of experience repairing my own washer dryer combos for RV use, as I live in a pretty remote area. No company should be selling a large appliance that doesn't even last 6 months. Also- I never had any issues with lint build-up, or items trapped in the drain... which is the go-to solution from the internet people. I'll be doing some more research, and after excellent customer service with the US Splendide headquarters in Clackamas, Oregon... I'll probably go back to Splendide/Westland Sales for a new machine. Just not worth my time to try to patch together this poor-quality Equator appliance... it's infuriating to have to try to fix an appliance after just a few months.

Perfect for my tiny home
I didn't think I would ever be able to have a washer in my tiny apartment, but since this plugs in to a 110v outlet, that made it possible. Super easy to install by tapping into the water lines and drain under the sink. It takes a while to wash and dry a load, but it's so convenient. Push one button and laundry is done. No lint trap to clean, and it does a great job cleaning my muddy clothes. It does add quite a bit of moisture to the air when using the condenser, but I run a dehumidifier or crack the window while it's drying. I have been using it for over 2 years with no maintenance and I am still very happy. No more weekly trips to the laundromat means that it has probably paid for itself by now.

Updated review. Dryer gave up the ghost.
Update: Had issues with the dryer from the beginning, but found that if I unplugged and plugged back in when it stopped, it wouId start where it left off and finish. A few months ago the dryer quit working at all. $600 worth of repairs later, it worked for two months and quit again. The washer still works, but without the dryer, I'm out of luck. Won't buy this brand again. Few know how to repair it.Purchased this unit early 2021. When the Amazon truck unloaded, they had FOUR of these units for me when I had only ordered one. The delivery guys were really nice about it and took care of the issue. I had a washer/dryer hookup installed in a closet in my tiny 400 sq. ft. place, including a vent. I had originally thought that I would have to use the non-venting option, but was able to avoid that. On first run through, there was the smell of something burning then the dryer option stopped heating. I contacted the seller and they instructed me on resetting the heater, which involved removing the lid and pressing a button. Everything seemed to be working now, except, no matter how well I leveled the unit, it sounded like the fan was hitting something. It was VERY loud. Over time, that went away. So, now, everything seems to be working well.Yes, this is small unit. The loads are smaller and take longer because you are going through both the wash and dry cycle in one load. Most of the time the laundry comes out dry, but sometimes, like with towels, they still feel slightly damp, but apparently that is normal for the unit.Because the unit is used in a mobile home, I use the "Delicate" cycle with a lower spin rate (500 rpm) because the "Standard" wash cycle with its 1200 rpm spin shakes the place. This is probably not an issue when located in a more solid structure.
